You may use this feature in two ways. If you have used the
docket tracking system, and found that your consignment
is undelivered, you may fill up a small form and send your
email Id. As and when your consignment is delivered, or
for some reason delayed, a mail will be sent by Gati's customer
service intimating you of the status of your consignment.
You may avail of this feature explicitly by
entering your docket number and your email ID, immediately
after booking your cargo. A similar mail by Gati's customer
service as explained above will be sent across.
